Bob Dylan and Neil Dawson give us a good week

The weather continues to be typical for the North West of England in November - dreary, wet and cold. Following Rememberance Day, the shopping mall now has all of it;s Christmas lights up, and looking very nice indeed.
Still, Bob Dylans' Drawn Blank series continue to sell well - it won' tbe long now until we have sold all of our stock.

The new Neil Dawsons have arrived. His "The New Yorker" featuring the skyline of the city that never sleeps is bound to be a popular picture this Christmas, and alongside our last copy of "View from Brooklyn" looks absolutely stunning in the shop.

Finally , we now have all of the new publications from Jeff Rowland on display. All of these can be seen and purchased from www.originalartshop.co.uk
STOP PRESS!

We have just heard that we should be receiving or 3D picture by John Wilson featuring images by L.S. Lowry and the new sculptures from acclaimed sculpture Lorenzo Quinn should be with us in the next few days - I'll post the images next week!

A Wet Saturday in Lancashire

Considering how bad the weather has been today, it has been a remarkable busy day in Preston.

The new publications are proving to be very popular, particularly the new sculptures from Lorenzo Quinn and Paul Horton.

Caroline Shottons "Branded" range of handbags and accessories are proving a big hit with Christmas present buyers, as are the jewellery items featuring Lean on Me by Govinder.

- when we opened our gallery I never thought that we would be selling handbags and jewellery.

Whether its the weather affecting how our customers think or whether its coincidence, but Jeff Rowland's work has had a lot of interest today - not just his new publications but also his older work.

We have just heard that there are two new smaller box canvas pictures by Caroline Shotton to be published which are sure to sell very well for Christmas too - Mini Me and Mini Moo, both available to order now from our website at http://www.originalartshop.co.uk/

The other big seller at the moment if "Why So Serious?" by George Ioannou, featuring the actor Heath Ledger in has last role as the Joker in the movie The Dark Knight. A superb image, and limited to just 195 copies. I will be surprised if there are any left by Christmas!
Right, off now to add Why So Serious to our website -
